Please do not jump off the bike while in motion, as you can hurt yourself, or the people around you
Getting on the bike:
1) Place one foot on the pedal, and then use that to step onto and sit onto the seat.
2) Once you are on the bike, you can then place your other foot into the other pedal. Make sure your feet are strapped in or snug in the pedals so that you can get as much traction as possible.
3) Pedal for a bit on the bike, and raise the difficulty of friction accordingly using the black knob on the bike.
Getting off the bike:
1) Make sure you have fully stopped.
2) Unstrap or take your feet off the bike.
3) Use one of your legs to carefully get off the bike on one side.
